I am looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible. It is a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in walking distance from campus. Currently there are 5 other girls living in the house, 4 bedrooms are upstairs on the 3rd level and 2 bedrooms are on the lower level, with the kitchen and living room separating the two floors. The room available for rent is on the lower level, which is one of the biggest bedrooms in the house. You would share a bathroom with one other person who is very clean and organized. The bathroom is conveniently located right outside the bedroom. The current housemates are super nice, easy going girls who like to have fun but also prioritize their studies.
